2 ★I'm not comfortable installing an app that has the ability to ask android os to install other app unless there is a reason for it. The app can also read imei and phone number, now this may be for a valid reason, as in backing up your phone. Its the question of how comfortable are you.

5 ★This is a great app if set up properly. Agree to everything when you Are installing the app. I set this app up on my Samsung Galaxy S9 plus. I could not set this app up on my Samsung Galaxy S5. I could not manually backup my files with this app. Go to settings and set the app up to automatically backup when connected to the phone. Once I did all that it worked perfectly And backed up all my files from internal storage and my SD card. The default setting is not to delete all the backed up files

1 ★Worked the first time I used it and now it either won't load completely and exits or loads to a white screen and then birthing happens. Galaxy S8 active. Android 9 with all updates as of days of this review

1 ★App never worked. I later learned that it won't work unless you allow it all the permissions it asks for. It asks for permission to make phone calls, access my contacts, use my camera, and on and on. No way am I going to allow that just for the ability to access an external SD card. After wasting two hours I uninstalled the app and returned the RAV uhub device.
