Rehabilitacja w chorobach reumatycznych to wyjątkowy materiał edukacyjny dla pacjentów i ich rodzin, prezentujący ćwiczenia rehabilitacyjne w reumatoidalnym zapaleniu stawów (RZS). Aplikacja powstała na zlecenie firmy Roche.Z przyjemnością oferujemy Państwu broszurę rehabilitacyjną w formie bezpłatnej aplikacji na tablety, która stanowi wyjątkowy materiał edukacyjny dla pacjentów z reumatoidalnym zapaleniem stawów (RZS) i ich rodzin. Leczenie RZS powinno być kompleksowe. Oprócz leczenia farmakologicznego ważnym elementem terapii jest rehabilitacja. Leczenie usprawniające opiera się głównie na kinezyterapii, czyli leczeniu ruchem i powinno być indywidualnie dostosowane do stanu klinicznego pacjenta.
Aplikacja zawiera krótki opis choroby (objawy, etiologię, leczenie) oraz szereg ćwiczeń usprawniających w reumatoidalnym zapaleniu stawów. W 3 sekcjach pokazane są: ćwiczenia ogólnousprawniające, ćwiczenia rąk oraz ćwiczenia stóp. Każde ćwiczenie zaprezentowane jest za pomocą ilustracji pokazującej jak je wykonać oraz krótkiego opisu krok po kroku. Przygotowaliśmy 27 ćwiczeń ogólnousprawniających, 14 ćwiczeń rąk oraz 10 ćwiczeń dla stóp.
Każde ćwiczenie ma swój numer, dzięki czemu będzie Ci łatwiej wrócić do ulubionych powtórzeń. Dzięki łatwej nawigacji możesz przejść do kolejnego ćwiczenia przechodząc do następnego slajdu przez przesuwanie ekranu w lewo (swipowanie) lub wybierając numer ćwiczenie ze spisu treści w menu górnym.
Aplikacja powstała na zlecenie firmy Roche. Jest to elektroniczna wersja drukowanej broszury edukacyjnej „Rehabilitacja w chorobach reumatycznych”.
