Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Worked well when I first had system installed. But failed dismally when I upgraded my phone. Now, since the iZone system has been upgraded, I can at last turn it on & off from my phone. It's a start! Now, if only I could get it to update schedules. Must have spoken too soon. Now I can't even log in. Uninstalled & then reinstalled. Only allows access to Logon World Wide. When I try to log in, it does not recognise my details and tells me that my password is wrong without giving me access to change. Trying to get into iZone is worse than trying to crack Fort Knox. Unabl;e to log into iZone via app or as you suggested via password recovery as it did not recognise my password and therefore unable to recover password. Found I could gain access via Google Apps. Still not working as it should. Not everyone is a tech head and it seems that unless you are or know how to get around that area you are basically screwed. Would not recommend this system to anyone. My nephew just got a system installed which comes with an tablet and phone control app that actually works, without the requirement to be a tech head to tweek the system to get it working. If I could rate zero stars
1 ★Got better for a bit now has gotten worse. Regulary gets stuck on the splash screen. Takes forever to load. This is on a brand new S8+.
5 ★I made a super stuff up. Playing with main controller and lost the temp controls from all WiFi devices. Software developer worked through my issue and solved it. Well done...
3 ★Was ok but now not sinking up with main control panel. Actual temp readings when using climate control function via app doesn't correspond with readings on main panel. Main panel reads the correct actual temp (eg) 25deg. App reads way higher (eg) 32deg. So when using away via Worldwide Log In I don't know what the real time temp is anymore :(
2 ★When the app works, it works well but it is consistently unreliable. The app often has trouble making a connection with the controller. It takes several attempts. The app shows that a command has been executed even before its successful execution has been confirmed. Sometimes we have to reissue the command a minute later. Thermostatic control only works in 'cool' and 'auto', never in 'heat' mode. 'Heat' will keep running until the house is so hot we turn it off. 'Auto' works better, but instead of cycling between heating and venting it seems to switch between heating and cooling. On a cold day once it reaches the setpoint it switches to cooling, sending out a blast of cold air. The scheduler function works ok but usability could be improved: it is not immediately obvious which schedule is which, i.e. which zones and which timetable. We have to edit the schedule to check it before selecting it. It's been like this for years. The service was ok in getting the wifi working to a basic level, but then they lost interest. All of the other issues seem to be 'too hard' to fix.
4 ★Had isssues launching. Posted a review, dev fixed it, now works. Thanks guys and gals ☺
1 ★Been using this app for a year or so and its basic, but does what's required. Unfortunately it consistently crash's. I've used on HTC M8, HTC M10, galaxy s6 edge and oneplus 3t... Does it on all of them... Please invest some time and get this app working consistently. There's no other options either :(
1 ★I have a $12,000.00 fully ducted airconditioning system that I have to manually operate because the free app that controls it is so unreliable that it isn't worth bothering to attempt to use. This may be some kind of coflict with having multiple phones with the iZone app installed with access to the same system as my partner has more success from her phone, but the fact that this could even be an issue in the first place should give an indication as to how incompetent the system is. Had I known how useless the iZone platform was, I'd have explored any other option when having the system installed and I encourage others to do the same.
1 ★Can't see any connected devices. No help available on website or withinapp. Have emailed developer for assistance. Pending response.
1 ★The app is unreliable both android and iphone versions say the aircon is on when it isnt and off when it isnt. Bascally unuseable.
1 ★Doesn't work only has a home screen nothing else. Worked once. Very disappointed.
1 ★Terrible whats the point in having an app that never works .
