5 ★Absolute must have app if you're going to have bariatric surgery! Currently pre surgery and use it everyday to keep track of my food, water and weight. The widget is a great little snapshot of your day. Everything is easy to find and you can customize your home screen. I haven't used the reminders yet but they'll be super helpful after surgery. I've tried several recipes and they're great and the link to their shop is so helpful and I like their products. I'm excited about the vitamin patches.
4 ★Awesome to use and to keep track. It did take a bit to figure it out but I it just might be all me though.

5 ★I was recommended this app by my doctor and I love it so far. It is extremely easy to use. It is simple to add food throughout the day, however comment if you forget for any reason going in at the end of the day is also easy because the app does allow you to change the time stamps. However, When using the talk to input feature you do have to speak fast or it will stop recording.
1 ★Although the app heart is in the right place, it is off. When I scan foods in the app it will say one calorie and the food itself will say the actual calorie. Usually the app is +10 calories off. Also the surgery will be for me but my wife inputs most of the food I eat because she makes it. But when I want to add something that I ate on my phone, what she entered isn't there. I have to log out the app and sign back in to cause it to sync with my phone. This is the downfall of this app.
5 ★This app is amazing!! I can't believe it's absolutely free! It's super easy to use and for things I didn't know there were how to videos on the website! I have not had surgery but everything in the app is so useful the food log water tracking it's helped me loose weight because now I see how many calories protein fats that I'm actually taking in. Phenomenal App Dan!!
5 ★User friendly, comprehensive data base of nutrition details for so many food products, all daily totals are automatically calculated, graphs, summary and detail reports can be downloaded and printed for long-term record keeping. This is the best program I've ever used for recording and tracking food, liquids, exercise, weight, bariatric vitamins, and body measurements after my bariatric sleeve surgery.
3 ★I've been using this app daily for about six months and for the most part I really like it. One of my complaints is that you should have a spot in a food items Nutrition Info to enter in sugar alcohols which play a huge factor in the amount of net carbs you consume in a day. My current workaround is to adjust the fiber and add in the sugar alcohols so that way it calculates properly, but this seems silly to have to do.
5 ★So easy to use and this app is literally helping me to make healthy changes to the way I have eaten all my life.
3 ★Pretty Good Tracker Nice feature being able to scan a product via barcod to input it. Problem though if the barcode does not give correct info, the app has you take a pic of the front and nutrition info and claims that they will update it within 3 days. I have not seen any of my products that I sent in corrected! I also wish that editing a recipe was easier. When you input measurements of ingredients, if you go back to edit the recipe you do not see the measurements - only see the ingredients.
5 ★I absolutely love this app! Has been an invaluable tool since starting my bariatric journey. Using this app actually makes me excited to log everything. It is super easy to use it makes you feel so proud of the progress you're making.
