Service Public : Guide des démarches administratives au Maroc« ServicePublic » est une application bilingue (Arabe/Français), permettant la diffusion au grand public des informations sur les démarches administratives, les coordonnées des services publics et les avis de concours de recrutement concernant les services de l’état, les collectivités territoriales et les établissements et entreprises publics.
Les contenus éditoriaux sont issus du Ministère de la fonction publique et de la modernisation de l’administration (MFPMA) en partenariat avec les différents départements ministériels.
L'application « ServicePublic » est un service du portail " Service-Public.ma ", premier portail gouvernemental marocain, spécialisé en matière de diffusion d’informations sur les procédures et démarches administratives.
Elle propose l'accès :
- Au guide des procédures administratives permettant à l’usager de trouver toutes les informations pratiques relatives aux procédures administratives.
- A la rubrique Poser question, service qui permet à l’usager de consulter la base de données des Questions/Réponses, et de poser directement par téléphone/email des questions spécifiques à « Idarati ».
- Aux avis des concours de recrutement concernant les services de l’état, les collectivités territoriales et les établissements et entreprises publics.
- A l’annuaire de l’administration, espace informant sur les coordonnées physiques et électroniques de certains services de l’état et institutions publics.
- A l’espace actualités qui publie les informations sur les nouveaux services publics pratiques ainsi que les nouvelles réglementations.
- Aux numéros utiles, répertoire téléphonique des numéros de contact et des centres d’appels publics.
