【耐力網】是一個專注在「科學化」與「個人化」的耐力訓練平台。我們希望透過耐力網，讓大家知道科學化的訓練方式。讓更多耐力運動愛好者，在時空的限制下，也能透過「網路」達到科學化訓練的目的，突破個人的極限，追求更好的表現。
為了方便廣大耐力運動愛好者，我們開始研發手機APP版本，將會與耐力網官方網站結合，讓網站使用者亦可以使用APP同步使用所有功能，並且會持續更新推出一系列完整功能，除了將所有網站上已經有的功能實作之外，還會提供嶄新的特別功能。目前將先全力著重於跑步這個項目，之後會陸續引入其他項目的科學化工具。

推廣「跑力」為核心，帶大家認識跑力以及其跑力之下的各強度區間訓練配速與目的，快速將五級強度配速帶著走。

每一次到了田徑場就忘記要跑什麼課表嗎？於耐力網上創建的科學化跑步訓練計畫或是名人訓練計畫，現在可以很方便地在APP上查看囉。
耐力網提供服務項目如下：

透過個人最佳成績，幫助您找到自己的泳力、跑力、騎力以及肌力等級。還有最大心率與儲備心率區間檢測功能喔。讓不同的訓練目的更加有效。
※耐力網訓練計畫
由徐國峰教練與羅譽寅教練和耐力網工程團隊研發出來的「耐力網科學化跑步訓練計畫自動創建系統」，用科學化訓練概念開設最符合您目標賽以及個人狀態的完整訓練計畫。提供給各位跑者免費使用！
※名人訓練計畫
每一份訓練計畫都是教練的心血結晶，您所購買的每一份名人計畫也都是支持教練與耐力網繼續研究的力量。合作教練有郭豐州老師、黃崇華教練、徐國峰教練、吳燿宇教練、羅譽寅教練以及楊志祥教練，還持續在增加中。
※我的紀錄
耐力網提供了.gpx與.tcx檔上傳的功能，幫您分析每一份訓練檔案，提供各強度訓練區間訓練時間與訓練量統計資訊，幫助您衡量訓練效益。當然，也是可以自己手動輸入。

對於耐力運動有疑惑嗎？來指定教練提問吧！耐力問壇目前有十位知名的跑步、游泳以及鐵人合作教練。知識的累積從「『學』會『問』思考過的問題」開始，一起共創耐力知識庫吧！

Download 耐力網 - 科學化訓練工具與知識平台 APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
