1 ★Horrible user interface. It tells you your cart isn't empty, then asks if you want to delete it. But there's no way to go to your cart to see what's in it. Terrible service too. They call you at the estimated delivery time, tell you your food will be delivered within the next 30 minutes, then turn up an hour later, after you've sent them a message canceling the order. Why are all Kathmandu delivery services so pathetically poor?
1 ★I have ordered in bhojdeal before and had a problem. They could not deliver the food because it was from thamel to lalitpur. After a while i tried again and the same thing happened. I chose what i wanted. Load and paid money in the app. Then i got a call saying it cant be delivered because its far and it will be cold. If it cannot be delivered why would the app let me choose and pay the money. It wasted a time and i am not getting my money back to my account. and have to make an order from here
5 ★Even though they had some issues in the past, with time they have improved their service drastically. Improvement in the customer service and well behaved riders and immidiate response for complaints. I would suggest people to use the app for not just fast food but also for groceries and daily amenities.
5 ★Hands down the one of the best Nepali Applications I have ever used. Not only for food orders but through out the entire industry. I am a huge admirer of everything about them from their app integration to their real time tracking to their top quality customer service to their their minimum delivery charges to their international payment options. You simply can't help but love this app. I would rate it 5+ if I could.
1 ★Everything was good till this day until your customer representative called me and said I'll have to pay 250 extra for delivery which the app doesn't show. His claim was my location was 8.3 km from restaurant and I'll have to add 250rs extra for delivery charge above 8kms which no one ever said this till day. I have been using this app since its launch. Not sure if the customer representative was misinformed or it's your rule please make the app calculate exact delivery charges. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
2 ★Their services were satisfactory earlier. I have been a regular customer and recommended to at least 10 friends of mine. But its been like a month, they call back after accepting order and say sorry location is far please cancel, sometimes takes more than 2hrs to deliver, sometimes say your phone was unreachable so we cancelled the order, sometimes please cancel order it started raining. The hell am not here for excuses, either take business seriously or shut it down
1 ★So I have not been pleased with you lot. I have been ordering via call for a while now. I was ordered by your Customer Service Representative to download the app and sign up. Likewise when I did try to do the same apparently I cannot sign up because my phone number has already been used. So I just want to let you know that the services or system that you have set up is not allowing me to use your service. Thank you.
1 ★The service used to be good but it has gotten worse in past few months. The delivery is very slow. The provided estimated time is in itself very long and on top of it, the delivery is late than the estimated time. And blaming it on the restaurant is not a good excuse. It took exactly 1 hr for the food to arrive after pickup from the restaurant which is just 1.8km away.
1 ★Terrible Customer care, tracking of delivery guy location doesn't work. If you click the button on food delivery contact, your call will be redirected to call centre of Bhojdeals. My food was 2 hours late, ofcourse it was cold and not in condition to eat. Delivery Guy knew it, due to technical issues the delivery was late so it doesn't mean you send me the cold food for which i paid 100%, either give the refund or send quality food. Why should i waste my money because of your mistake?
3 ★It is a fairly good app. I appreciate the service but these days every time I open the app they always have this popup : delivery is closed temporarily : no matter the noon time or evening time. It's such a disappointment.
1 ★I've tried to order food 3 times this tihar and all those 3 times my order was cancelled because the restaurant was not in service. If the restaurants are not in service why not remove them from the list? It's like they don't care about the people who want to order and eat during festive season. Please work on this!
