The Anytime Mailbox App dashboard is now streamlined with three folders:
• Inbox
• Action Required
• Recently Completed
Now you can view the status of your Postal Mail directly from the homepage of the App.
Swipe Left to Label Mail Items or Take an Action
• When viewing mail items you can now swipe left to label a mail item for reference, or to take an action.
• To label an item: Simply swipe left on a mail item, then select and click on the pencil icon which takes you to a field where you can label a mail item for reference, type in insurance for example, and then click on the check-mark in the top right corner to complete.
• To take an action: Swipe left on a mail item, then click on the lightning icon and select an action, like Open & Scan or Forward.
Mail Item Search Functionality
• Once a mail item has been labeled you can now search for mail items using the search field at the top of your phone.
• Simply type in the text or ID # used when labeling a mail item, for example, if you labeled some items "insurance", then type in that text in the search field, and voila all mail items related to "insurance" show up.
Take Action on Multiple Items
• You can now take an action, like Shred or Recycle, on multiple mail items at once.
• Look for the the double-check icon in the top right corner, click on it and so you can select all the mail items that you want to take action on. Then click on the lightning icon at the bottom right to select the specific action, for example, Shred or Recycle, on all of the selected mail items.
Enhanced Viewing of Opened & Scanned Mail
• Once you have requested to have mail items Opened & Scanned It’s now easier to view scanned mail items.
• You can now simply scroll down to view all the pages of an Opened & Scanned mail item.
• And to view the front of your mail items in a larger format click on any mail item and then swipe left to view mail items in that larger format.
• These enhancements will work in your inbox, action required, or recently completed folders.

5 ★With the new updates, the app is stable and easy to use. The service is excellent and way better than the others. I've been using the app for the past couple of months now and I am very satisfied.
1 ★Anytime mailbox is a sleazy, money-grubbing company. When I first signed up i was hit with a $25 security deposit, which the website doesnt state anywhere. First off, iPostal or virtual post mail doesn't charge that type of fee. I then asked what it was for and they told me "to set up the box at the postal store." Bull. Its a box that doesn't even require a key and there's no real reason for it except to line their pockets. I had already gotten all the paperwork done so i reluctantly paid... Secondly, they charge you a "deposit fee." I just got my first bill and instead of crediting my account, theyre hanging on to my "deposit fee" and im still waiting on answer about what theyre planning to do with it. Keep it more than likely. I will update with the response. You'd make more money if you earn customer loyalty instead of robbing them blind. STAY THE HELL AWAY! If you dont like wasting money, just use iPostal or Virtual Post Mail for your virtual mailbox. Id highly recommmend VPM! UPDATE: Im cancelling as soon as this paid month ends. They pretend like they dont control anything yet my bank statement clearly states that this company has been charging me. UPDATE: No progress on the extra charges and I ended up having to call my bank to get a reund. Just dont do it! Save yourself the stress

5 ★Since your latest update of your Anytime Mailbox Renter Android app on October 13, 2016, I'm unable to view any mail in the 'Completed' folder. It shows nothing although I can see mail on the website. Please fix. Otherwise, I love this app. It makes managing my mail very convenient.
1 ★Disaster. Signed up for a NYC address. Sent 3 letters via USPS from a blockaway as a test. Had to remind mailbox 3x to scan. Took 3 weeks. The scanwas low quality and cut off making identify impossible. Requested a forwardwhich was never completed. Requested a refund at which point service wascutoff and no refund issued even for unused time. Service is unreliable atbest. Avoid.
