1 ★It was okay when i sent my first fax back in September paid it for 4months with only using 1 fax that one time tried to use it again and couldnt upload any documents on the web called in the it took an hour for an fax to go through the customer service got 1 fax sent later that day tried to send the rest of the fax couldnt then that night they charged my card 10 dollars i called in and cancelled the service its some fraud going on hope my personal info dnt get used ,that was on them faxs

1 ★Service did not work as advertised and an incredible hassle to get a refund. (Not even a 100% refund after only having the service that never worked for less than 24 hours) You can't run a business with a non-working line of communication. If I could give less than 1 star.... I would. I'm sure if they respond, it'll be the same old song and dance. Keep your apologies and DO BETTER for the next person subjected to your ineptitude!

1 ★Terrible service. Would rate 0 stars if able. Tried to cancel over the span of 3 months while being charged the entire time. Each time being told "no note was made on the account of a cancelation attempt", asked to speak with a supervisor, the supervisor hung up on me immediately multiple times. Finally had to go through my bank to dispute charges and revoke authorization for them to charge again.

1 ★App is very shoddy. The day after creating the account, I started receiving spam incoming faxes, the app is crashing several times when I'm using different features, and, worst of all, I'm unable to actually attach documents making this app worthless. Now after testing a few faxes, I'm being force-logged-out. When I try to login it says to contact Customer Service, in a message that's cut off in portrait orientation.

4 ★Very good, could use a tweak or two.

2 ★UI is too poor. Some of new device screen is not supported properly. Need to work on UI guys. Really its important now a days.

2 ★Awesome works perfect but wait..... Sent my fax right away got a email saying it sent...then like most of the new reviews on here im getting spam calls!! 4 in a hour. I lost my home in the oregon fires waiting to hear back on rentals and im having spam calls with my area code every 15 minutes and im thinking its the property management. Thanks guys. So i paid $16 to have my stuff sold . its my fault i didnt read the reviews or fine print like i got time..ugh no more honest apps or services !!!

5 ★I'm so glad I tried this app. It is a life saver! I 100% suggest this app!

1 ★Horrible maintenance of payment method. They keep using the same dead method despite updates DONE EACH TIME. They can't GET it right!

1 ★I cannot cancel my account and can't even reach the customer service representative. It states on their FAQ that you can cancel your account through logging on to your account, turns out it was a whole ordeal.

5 ★I had a pleasant experience. Easy and quick. I have another fax app that is good also. However, it is only for sending faxes not receiving. I just send fax once a year maybe. So it's not feasible to pay $16/month.

1 ★Signed up for the 14 day free trial and was immediately charged $16.95. I've tried to cancel the account multiple times and I can't even get through on the website or on the phone to cancel and get my money back. I even tried to fax 3 times with failed attempts. Why would I pay $17 for nothing.
