2 ★Thought you could also get basic prescription services, i.e. brief visit with an rn or np and maintain access to something you're already taking like blink. what a waste of time.
5 ★Great experience with the doctors . I was intimidated at first, but I needed to see someone, so I gave it a try. I'm so glad I did. Don't be afraid of the online doctor visit just because it's different and new. The doctors are very personable and make you feel comfortable right away.
2 ★Eventually got my info sorted and have used it a couple times, but the app still has a LONG way to go. It worked just fine for my son 2 days ago, but today I waited over 15min for a phone call so I go back through the app and it said there was a visit in progress. Still nothing. Eventually canceled and tried to do a video visit and they wanted $79 instead of it being free with insurance. I'll pay the $30 at the walk in clinic instead, which will probably cost insurance more.
1 ★App is ok, the doctor my family connected was showing attitude. Over an hour wait, 2 minutes conversation, and yelling from the so called doctor, no help with the problem. I see why they are a failing business.
1 ★Scheduled an appointment multiple times and never got a call. It kept saying I was next, but no one ever called me. Reached out to customer service and told them the situation, their only response was to schedule yet another appointment.
