1 ★For some reason I couldn't get past the first step. After entering my phone, an error message ("something went wrong") kept displaying. I am using a Canadian-based cell phone number.
3 ★I don't get notifications when I'm texted by clients. This needs to change. And for the record, my alerts and notifications are turned on in the app and on my phone. Same results. Other than that, no complaints!
5 ★UPDATE. The staff at LinkedIn was very quick to work with me to change the CallerID setting. Very impressed with their customer service. I like almost everything about the app but when I call cell phone numbers it does not show the company name. I can't figure out how to change the default caller ID settings.
2 ★App doesn't work well on my Samsung Galaxy. We get dropped calls or calls just routed to voicemail. Sometimes the voicemails go to my personal voicemail. The texting part of the app works very well for us.
