In-Reach is an app that is designed to help people that suffer from anxiety disorders, such as PTSD. The main part of our app allows people to log and track their triggers, better helping people manage their symptoms. Over time, this app will allow you to see patterns in your symptoms which will help you manage your disorder.The way this works is by logging events when you experience anxiety, and as soon as you log 10 events that are the same, you are notified of the occurrences.
You are able to review your triggers, even if you have not logged 10 of a specific trigger, allowing you to keep track of your progress.
You can also research therapists in your area and read reviews on them, as well as your specific anxiety-based disorder. Our app also features a forum to talk to other people that suffer from anxiety-based disorders.
