DC-Net, operating under the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) provides managed voice, data and video wire-based and wireless services to District government, Federal, LMP & Community Anchor Institutions over a secure, highly redundant and high capacity fiber optic telecommunications platform.Users can do the following using this application,
1. Navigate and see all the services and products offered by DC-Net (OCTO) for agencies across District of Columbia and outside.
2. Search for specific type of services and select into a preferred list.
3. Send the preferred list to DC-Net (OCTO) to get more information from the business unit.
4. Submit a customer survey
DC-Net (OCTO) has made the DC WiFi application free for download.
