1 ★While it records step, interfacing with only Google fit is poor support. How about Samsung support? It also appears to sync up all day long and then the next day it reports less steps than I took on the previous day. I am in mountain time zone and I suspect the app is set for New Jersey time. glaring mistake that should be easy fix. I'm always trying to get in the last couple hundred steps before midnight and they are always lost.
1 ★The app was working fine for the first 4 months or so, but lately(August) my steps that have been accepted the day before decline up to 6,000 steps and then the day is not accepted. I lost 7 days in August so the only incentive that this app gives me is to hulk smash my phone. I know others having this issue as well as many stating the same problem in their review. I have contacted support and have sent over screenshots. I hope it is understood that something has changed affecting many.
3 ★Current problem with submission of visits. I had a prior problem with total app functionality. Functioning restored by uninstalling and reinstalling-updating did not do it. Pain in the butt. UPDATE: ActiveFit tech reached out and we fixed the issue. It has been working well since. Updating the software today-a little scared that it will mess it up! 🤞
3 ★Steps does not match with google fit.
1 ★This app is horrible. I started using it to help offset the costs of my health insurance but the data never uploads properly and when you email the company they say they need all of this additional information to prove you exercised or walked that day, you provide it, and they ghost. Nothing gets fixed and month after month its the same problems. so over the headache.
1 ★Unreliable. The official step count changes when you wake up next morning, taking 14000 steps below 10,000 steps logged and there is no way to know if you have enough steps before the end of a day. If you report a gym visit, you must be at the gym and you can expect some reported visits to never get logged. This morning, I opened the app up to report my visit at the gym and the app never completely loaded, so I was unable to report my visit - after several attempts to close and reopen it.
1 ★This app doesn't not seem to work properly. I have samsung health and active fit running on my device and the difference in step tracking are significantly different. The difference can be 2000-3000 steps. Why is that? I have tried using GoogleFit and synchronizing it, but there was still a discrepancy in step tracking. This App is always significantly lower than other apps.
1 ★What bugs were fixed with the Jan 26, 2020 update? Because my app is up to date and nothing's been fixed on my end. Since Jan 11, 2020, the app won't record my gym visits or allow me to self-report. I've done everything correctly, have been in touch with customer service, and haven't gotten any results. I guess I may be emailing my customer service contact every time I go to the gym so I can have written proof, not to mention that my gyms can confirm my attendance.
1 ★Horrible experience using this app. My steps disappear overnight, although they stay recorded in google fit (which works flawlessly). It is impossible for me to sync steps from fit to ActiveFit even manually. I contacted customer service represenative and she advised me to uninstall and reinstall app to fix those problems. Since yesterday I can not even log in, as it "can't connect to server, try latter" message appears. Very disappointing and frustrating ActiveFit.
1 ★Automatic visit doesn't work and now self report is coming up error. Hard to believe they still can't figure this out 10/16 and 10/17 Self report coming up error, so two days in row I won't get credit for visit. Joke. 12/29 and 12/30 app not even opening properly. Overhaul the entire app. It's pathetic. 2 more days I won't get credit. Feb 2 not loading again and I tried their suggested solution of uninstall and reinstall. Shameful company
1 ★One of the worst apps I have installed: Disrupts BT audio connections, for its task pushes enormeous amounts of data (20MB cell data plus 16MB WiFi in 2 weeks), constantly requests GPS position draining the battery (and complains disruptively if you turn off GPS), non-intuitive UI, keeps phone from sleeping for hours (I observed 7+ hours overnight). I'm manually killing the app after a visit to keep it in check. Unfortunately, my health insurance contracted with them and requires it.
2 ★has message that comes up all the time that it is running in background. eats up your battery. Been a history of them not having good program developer's. Always problems. When they fix one thing another thing happens. Also update of visits to the gym hardly updates, it must be done manually. i have this app for my health insurance company for refunds of gym cost. i will uninstall the app on weekends when not going to the gym.
