1 ★I keep downloading this app and it keeps freezing.

1 ★They were giving away BT luggage chips at the San Diego Airport I picked a few & used them on a trip to Canada & found out instantly there's a massive flaw with this - if you don't have internet access the luggage trackers are worthless. You can have BT enabled but if you don't have internet access this app won't even open or do anything! So clearly this app is NOT really about the BT trackers & tracking your luggage it's more about having an internet connection so they can advertise to you. Bummer.

1 ★Obviously they need to do a lot more testing before releasing this thing to the public. I got a freebie at San Diego airport the other day and tried it out immediately, syncing the tab. It never worked until a day after I got home, at which point it told me twice that my luggage was ready on the luggage carousel...while it was sitting in my living room. Great concept. Crappy execution. Also doesn't need all the extras of "airport info."

1 ★100MB for one airport. Too many permissions. No location aware, I was 100 miles from the airport, and it notified that the luggage was in the available for pickup.

5 ★Love map. Easy to pair to device.
