2 ★Used to be excellent. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and no matter what, it won't open now. Asks for permissions then closes no matter what you say.

1 ★I updated this app for the first time and now it does not connect Bluetooth to my watch just keeps timing out worked ok before the update now does not work you need to sort this out right away then I would give this full marks when will you fix it.....

1 ★I luckily kept reading reviews and worked out why my app wouldn't sync. turn location on on device and then sync. without location on, it wony sync and times out. hope this helps everyone with the sync issue which was driving me mad

1 ★What a waste of money. Band wont sync with app no mayyer what you do. Contacted store i purchased it from and as its not fit for purpose im returning it. Emailed customer services no responce. Ive spoken with 2 people who have all returned it for the same reason. Its on offer at the min amd now i know why. Will never purchase this brand and will put the extra towards the more reputable fitness tracker companies

1 ★Had this for 2 days and band wont sync with my phone.Ive checked out help point & yes bluetooth on phone is switched on, doesnt give any further support.I cant update the time on it so makes a pointless watch.Not impressed.

1 ★This app wants access to my photos, contacts, telephone records otherwise it doesn't work. Why on earth do they need access to all these personal details? Totally bonkers. Would not recommend.

5 ★I don't know what people are complaining about the watch works fine and it's is very easy to connect and sync.Ya it's very important that you download a right application and try to read the user manual

1 ★as others have said, it doesnt sync anymore, just times out sfter a few seconds. no obvious support online with an issue many seem to be experiencing. app feels 10 yrs old in design
