Description

Using the Jacuzzi® infrared sauna Connect App, you can control your Clearlight Sanctuary Sauna from anywhere. With the app, you can:

1. Turn your sauna on and off.
2. Set a reservation for your sauna to turn on up to 36 hours in the future.
3. Control the temperature and time.
4. Control the inside and outside lights.
5. Turn on and off the Full Spectrum heaters.

1 ★App hasn't been updated in over 2 years and it acts like it. So glitchy, so slow. I have to force stop it all the time and reopen it and wait and wait and wait. Also, the Apple version has better functionality than Android. Unfortunately, the control panel in my sauna is missing a few key controls that you can only get with the app, so I have to keep trying to use it every day. Very frustrating.

1 ★This app is useless. It has never been updated, incompatible with my pixel 4 and my husband's phone. Feeling like I got scammed into buying the sauna that you can use the app for.....and it doesn't work. Fantastic. They have no support either. I've tried it all, three times. It just. Doesn't. Work.

1 ★I downloaded this app and it said it was designed for an older phone model and may not work. Well it doesn't work at all. I registered 4 different emails and it said it was successful each time, but it always says the email or password is invalid with each time I try to login. This app is completely useless.

5 ★App is fantastic. We are able to start up the Sauna from anywhere and it is warm when we are ready to use us it.

It's never been updated and I dont think it ever will be because Jaccuzi bought clearlight and came out with a different app altogether for the same saunas, but different firmware. Chatted with clearlight support and there is no update for the clearlight saunas to the new jaccuzi software. It would be nice for them to update the clear lights to the new jaccuzi software. Having the ability to control your sauna through wifi was an added extra cost feature, useless

1 ★This is absolutely ridiculous. This product is not cheap. I spent a lot of money and I expect to get everything that comes with it. Why is this so hard.? You need to fix this app. It is not working. Get qualified staff to handle this.

4 ★Works just fine for me on my galaxy note 8. The only thing I'd change is how the button reads for the full spectrum toggle. It has no percentages so it's confusing as to if your at 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%.

1 ★2 years ago, this app worked with my old LG4 phone with Android 6.0. But does not work with my newer Samsung Galaxy S9.
