Create your own personalized journey by updating your arthritis profile with your specific pain type or condition. You can record changes in your pain level, treatments, mood, sleep patterns, accomplishments, challenges, goals and more. This app also integrates with Apple HealthKit and FitBit, so you can seamlessly gain insights on how your pain impacts your movement and heart rate.
