3 ★Incredibly minimal app rife with problems. First off, sign-up requires my photo. Why? What is vital about tying my face to this app? And it won't properly connect to Google Photos for me to find a good one that already exists, so I have to take a fresh selfie. Next, all text fields disable autocorrect. So every new sentence starts in lowercase and no typos are fixed as I go which is very frustrating. (Update: notifications now work, so added a star). At least it seems to actually track ticket status, though, so its bare minimum need is covered. Also follows some Material Design standards, so looks sharp and clean. This could be a pretty solid app, but this feels pre-release.
