Aiuta i tuoi pazienti a ricordare la visita di follow-up con l’invio di SMS gratuitiFollow-Upp ha la funzione di supportare il medico nella gestione dei pazienti in follow-up.
Lo scopo del follow-up è di diagnosticare in maniera preventiva una ripresa della malattia, una nuova patologia collegata alla precedente o un effetto dannoso legato al trattamento.
Trattandosi di visite periodiche, di solito a lungo termine, il paziente spesso dimentica di presentarsi al controllo o di richiedere un appuntamento, con il rischio che la patologia degeneri senza poter intervenire.
L’esigenza è quella di arginare questo fenomeno, aiutando il paziente a ricordare le fasi del monitoraggio, attraverso l’invio di SMS di remind gratuiti. Gli SMS avranno come mittente “FollowUpp”, senza riferimenti diretti al numero di cellulare del medico.
Inserisci la programmazione della prossima visita del tuo paziente, con indicazioni PREDEFINITO (3-6-12 mesi) o PERSONALIZZATO, fissando un appuntamento.
L’app gestirà automaticamente l’invio di 3 SMS al paziente:
- 1° SMS: conferma del servizio
- 2° SMS: remind un mese prima della visita
- 3° SMS: remind una settimana prima della visita
Puoi inserire una firma personalizzata che verrà visualizzata dal paziente in calce all’SMS.
Gli appuntamenti inseriti attraverso la funzione “Follow-up PERSONALIZZATO” possono essere salvati nella sezione “Agenda Follow-up”. Da qui possono essere modificati o eliminati. La programmazione dell’invio di SMS verrà modificata o annullata automaticamente.
