1 ★Lagging app. Keep hang. Need improve alot. Can't rush for job.
1 ★The app is not working properly! Since morning it's stuck in loading! And also not accurate jobs! For example, walker jobs (not bicycle) they gonna put location that is too too far that u won't able to walk in that far, for $2.50 item can walk from toh tuck to little india ah?
5 ★Delivery options from 4-hour to the next day delivery.....
3 ★The app is ok, but the main issue is the pricing for each job orders.. The pricing or payment is too inconsistent and it frustrates me that sometimes job with longer distance pays lower than a nearer distance job. Another issue is the parcel sizing are always inaccurate, most of the item were bigger than what is stated from the job order.. This always put me at a disadvantage as rider.. If is not for these 2 main issues, this app is easily worth 4 or 4.5 stars..
1 ★The latest change to the interface sucks big time. Please give some consideration to the delivery agent before redesigning the interface. Driver hv to drive and its not advisable to read long notes of the job while driving before accepting the job. It makes accepting jobs on the move pretty impossible. Obviously the designer didn't think on behalf of the agent spend most of their time driving and not at a desk looking at the phone.
1 ★Most unreliable platform. Accepted a warehouse order. Went there and queued for 2.5hrs to collect only to learn that my order was a duplicate. Warehouse staff said it was app problem. I emailed my feedback on this experience but only receive an automatic reply. This app, which has a lot of bug (such as it doesnt allow you to accept a job of your battery is below 60%), was created by a group without knowledge of the courier industry.
1 ★Surprised to hear pickupp paying to get 5 star reviews and asking their mamagement to help hide complaints. This app is seriously still buggy, uparcel grab lalamove still better. This app can send you to wrong loc with wrong map route. Orders disappear and reappear after refreshing. Pay is virtually low non existent, app keeps being very buggy with no fixes since APRIL 2020

I thought ninjavan was worse.. this service is way worst than that. my parcel arrived in SG from overseas more than a week and they never did anything until i got fed up and called their support centre. Their reason for the delay was not given but they said they will deliver within the day (10pm). I explained to them my office and the bldg is closed at night. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
1 ★The Android version of this app is sooo bad!! 'Available Orders' section keeps flickering and I have to keep logging out and in again so that it won't flicker for a few mins. App lags when I want to submit item photos and signatures sometimes too. Very awful experience for delivery people who just wants to do their job quickly and efficiently! Please fix your app!!!
1 ★Joined pickupp last year around may. Worked 6 months on this platform (June to Dec). In the beginning when i started, orders were pretty good, some bundled orders of 5 was $45 (including 20% commision) i managed to rack up $50-80 on average as a walker. After mooncake season has ended, their orders pricing have dropped drastically for a bundled order of 5. from $45 to only $28 max and somemore the warehouse at kaki bukit is always unorganised. orders are always a hassle to find :/
1 ★Rates are very very low, users pay $10, driver only gets like $4 and then they'll take 20% commission , only warehouse bundled orders are remotely worth it. used this app cos of covid, but even then, there's still a lot of available orders which shows how low the prices are, can't even cover fuel costs. They automatically take away half your fee if u are late by even a bit. They expect u to return the parcel for freeto sender if the recipient cannot receive it. Utterly terrible, don't recommend
1 ★Although this app allows you do earn small money doing delivery, the payout is VERY slow and earnings is v small... support for delivery person is often vague (u have to figure out what to do whilst your next delivery timing still runs) and support from back office response weak.. imagine there is not a hotline to contact back office when you're working for this company!! Find your income elsewhere
