Aplikasi yang terintegrasi dengan tongkat BriCane, agar difabel netra dan pendamping (care giver) selalu terhubung.Dengan BriCane, difabel netra dapat:
1. Kirim Pesan Darurat
Ketika dalam kondisi darurat, disorientasi atau tidak ada orang yang dapat dimintai tolong, difabel netra dapat menekan tombol darurat yang ada pada tongkat agar sistem dapat mengirimkan pesan darurat sekaligus lokasi difabel netra berada kepada para pendamping.
2. Rekam Video dan Telepon
Agar dapat memberi informasi yang lebih akurat, difabel netra dapat merekam situasi di sekitarnya dengan mudah gunakan aplikasi BriCane. Setelah selesai merekam, video secara otomatis akan terkirim ke pendamping.
Selain itu, difabel netra juga dapat menelepon langsung pendampingnya. Begitu juga pendamping yang dapat langsung menelepon difabel netra dengan mudah lewat aplikasi.
3. Konfigurasi Jarak Deteksi
Jarak deteksi antara tongkat BriCane dengan rintangan dapat diatur untuk menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan sehari-hari difabel netra.
4. Konfigurasi Respon Tongkat
Tongkat BriCane dapat memberikan respon deteksi lewat getaran, suara, ataupun keduanya. Pengguna dapat mengatur pilihan ini lewat aplikasi.
