OTARR application offers the following services for OTARR users:o Worklist sneak peek: Viewing tasks for each user through worklist menu.
o Request search: Viewing and searching for the requests and its reports.
o Real-time notifications: Up-to-date notifications about all events related to request and reports.
o Workload statistics: Showing Statistics related with user’s tasks ex: number of completed tasks, pending tasks, expiring tasks, and the new assigned tasks.
o Support info: Contacting the MOH technical support team to report any issue in using app or portal, or just for suggestions through sending e-mail or direct calling to one of the technicians in MOH technical support team.
Also, it provides some services for OTARR’s directors as:
o Releasing final reports.
o Releasing training certificates.
o PCC Dashboard: Special dashboard providing information about request statistics, PCC tasks done monthly, number of organizations and sampling centers connected to PCC, and registered users in OTARR.
