Les projets issus de ce concours d’idées doivent permettre à la population et aux autorités de se projeter et d’imaginer des réalisations concrètes d’aménagement de la Rade.A cet effet, la Ville a réuni un jury de qualité, composé notamment d’architectes genevois, suisses et internationaux reconnus, ainsi que l’ancien maire de Zurich, M. Elmar Ledergerber.
