Description
docMemo erlaubt dem Patienten Symptome und strukturierte Fragebogen sowie Kurz-Scores an seinen Behandler sicher zu übermitteln. So kann der Patient direkt Daten in das fallführende System seines Arztes übermitteln und die Kommunikation damit strukturieren und beschleunigen. Für jeden Patienten können individuelle Instrumente und auf die Situation maßgeschneiderte Fragebögen durch den Behandler freigeschaltet werden. Es ist also im Ermessen des Behandlers welche Funktion für den Patienten eingerichtet wird. Der Patient kann Benachrichtigungen über die App empfangen und Daten zurück übermitteln. Die Daten stehen dem Behandler direkt in der Fallakte des Patienten zur Verfügung.Vor allem in Ausnahme-Situationen wie bei plötzlich auftretendem Schmerz oder anderen Symptomen kann der Patient eigenständig seine Situation dokumentieren und hat damit auch für sich selbst eine strukturierte Erfassung vorliegen.
Der Patient behält alle Daten auf seinem Gerät sicher verschlüsselt gespeichert. Auch mehrere Behandlerteams können über eine App angesprochen werden.
Eine zusätzliche wertvolle Funktion ist die Möglichkeiten Fotos an den Behandler sicher zu versenden. So können Fotos von Briefen, von Wunden oder Zugängen dokumentiert und übermittelt werden. Gerade in Zeiten von Quarantäne und Kontaktreduzierungen ein wichtiges Werkzeug um nützliche Daten sicher zu teilen und dabei Kontakte zu reduzieren.
