5 ★Simple to use, straightforward way of ordering my repeat prescriptions. If only my doctors surgery were as efficient as Now Patient!!
1 ★This app is dangerous. Three times now I have been left without medication because of so called "delays with sign off from the doctor". Stick to the traditional and reliable way of getting repeat prescriptions for long term illnesses because this service is bad and dangerous. Support is also rubbish, not once have I heard back from them regarding an enquiry.
5 ★I think it's great that you can get your items delivered by courier for free(If Exempt).....
1 ★Although CQC registered they have no connection with the NHS My first prescription for a four week supply of daily medication arrived as a jumble of cut up and mismatched foil strips jammed into a plain box. The second month's prescription failed to arrive even though I ordered it with 10 days to go before running out. No notification from them and had to chase up myself. They said they would follow up but heard nothing. Overall the operation is unprofessional & unreliable.
