Donarnos permite coordinar el acompañamiento de las personas en situación de calle que viven en la Ciudad deBuenos Aires, para procurar mayor organicidad, eficacia y eficiencia en el servicio.
La herramienta brinda información, discriminada por zonas (Belgrano, Centro, Devoto y Flores) y barrios, de los
grupos que realizan recorridos por las calles, como de aquellos otros que no los hacen pero también ofrecen
servicios en un lugar determinado (hogares, comedores, entre otros).
Asimismo, posibilita avisar cuando se observen personas viviendo en la calle, precisando barrio, dirección y la
existencia de situaciones de mayor riesgo, como por ejemplo la presencia de niños, niñas o adolescentes,
adultos mayores y grupos de tres o más personas.
Por otro lado, los acompañantes pueden comunicar necesidades concretas para ser atendidas en este ámbito,
mientras que los vecinos y vecinas ofrecen aquello que tienen para compartir con el objetivo de satisfacer los
requerimientos formulados. Incluye una sección que sirve de vía de comunicación para cumplir esta finalidad, y
otra para efectuar anotaciones que sean del especial interés del usuario.
Además, Donarnos no sólo presenta un espacio para que los acompañantes compartan testimonios vinculados a este
servicio, sino otro para que toda la comunidad aprenda el arte del acompañamiento, especialmente a través de la
difusión de videos pedagógicos.
