1 ★This app makes shopping an abysmal experience. It constantly restarts for no reason. Not to mention it's way harder to find anything you like since they took away the ability to save items you're interested in to a favorites list! What sense did that even make??? They've definitely lost a lot of would be purchases from me and people I know because of the loss of that feature. I'll see things I like, but as soon as I close the app, I've forgotten about it. Out of sight, out of mind.
3 ★This app used to be my go to way to easily and quickly shop at Kohl's. Here recent, it seems if I am selecting an item, and hit the back button, it goes back to main screen. This is not very useful if I am to trying to buy clothes for example. I should not have to select me s clothes, select one shirt, then go back to main selections and have to start over from scratch. This just makes for extra scrolls when trying to look at all items on sale
1 ★This app is an absolute nightmare. It glitches, freezes, closes, restarts, never loads, you name it. And every update just makes it worse. It makes online shopping thouroughly awful. God help you if you have to use it to check in at the store for an order pickup. Thankfully when I checked out in store the other day I had my actual card, and my rewards are linked to my phone number, because once again the app crashed and I couldn't scan my reward barcode or use my Kohls wallet. HATE this app.
1 ★Ever since the update, this app is darn near impossible to use. I have to log in every single time (I usually shop in brief increments and come back). It doesn't recognize customer entered Kohl's Cash (states that the PIN is wrong; it did this in the previous version, but would add it after a few minutes). Wallet has to reload everytime you log in and you have to reselect your coupons. Doesn't show the price of items to include % off discounts in your wallet unless you log in again.
1 ★Ever since the last update, the search function will not work whether you select a recent search or type in keywords. It will just spin. The app was working perfectly fine before the update and now I have to go through the website on my phone which is highly inconvenient and not user friendly. It actually makes you lose sales as I really just am too frustrated to browse anything. Please fix this.
1 ★App upgrades constantly suck! Never stays logged in (I used to NEVER have to log in & used to stayed logged in until 2 updates ago), have to enter password several times, keeps freezing, coupons & cash don't show until u go in & out several times. I just updated the app 5 days ago & another update is available. I've updates this app 3 times in the last 2 months. ALWAYS issues!
1 ★Out of nowhere for the last month, it signs me out every time, and then I put my password in, and it says incorrect. I've re done my password so many times only for the app to tell me incorrectly even though I just changed it and was signed in on the website! I'm not sure what's going on, but if not fixed, my days of using the Kohls app are done, and that's how I did most, if not all, my shopping with Kohls.
5 ★I really enjoy shopping kohls online app, I can either browse all the different departments (basically window shopping), getting ideas for Christmas and birthdays, etc. Or I can just go to exactly what I want with their search bar, no hassle, no fuss. The shopping part of the app is very easy to use and there are many other convenient features the app offers such as a wallet that keeps track of all your kohls special rewards and perks like coupons and kohls cash. It's really nice to have that!☺
1 ★Have to change password almost daily. Now, my cart is showing things I removed, back in and they won't delete or update. The search function is horrible. Uninstall the app and reinstall and it's still horrendous. The website isn't any better. I'd like to shop but at this rate, I'll go elsewhere. Is there a zero star option. I don't even want to go into the store to shop because it's very unorganized. Hot mess. Fix it. Not worth the effort which sucks because I used to spend a lot of money here.
3 ★When paying my bill on my phone, I want to pay a different amount. After getting to the screen and changing the amount, I'm expected to touch "continue" at the bottom. I'm not able to touch "continue" without directing myself somewhere else because the continue button is mostly obscured by your menu at the bottom of the page. Also I get emails saying I have coupons in my wallet for 40%, and I NEVER have seen these coupons. Getting them requires 20 minutes on the phone with customer service.
1 ★Don't know which is worse store associates who tell you to use this app or actually using this rubbish. Constantly freezes, can't add the same item in cart in a different color without doing a complicated search. Tried using the other day and within the span of 5 minutes, app crashed over 20+ times. Won't be shocked when more stores close.
1 ★Search is garbage, filters sometimes don't filter anything, and when I click on an item in my cart, change the color, and click add to cart... I want you to add that to my cart NOT replace the item I already had in my cart! I'm literally trying to buy another one and you're sabotaging yourself. Then I copy the exact item name and search... hour glass of death. Update: App still sucks
