Description

Flexible Journal is a customizable journal that lets you easily write entries using prompts. You can make prompts for tracking your life, health, books, and more all in one multipurpose journal. Prompts help you focus and track exactly what you want. Just choose what questions you want to be asked, and then answer them to write an entry in just a minute

Write easily using customizable prompts
Prompts are custom templates made up of questions that help guide your writing. For example, you can create a template to correlate health with nutrition. Just make a template with questions like ‘What symptoms am I having today’ and ‘What did I eat today’, you can even add checkboxes like ‘Did I take my medicine today’. Then you can write daily entries easily by just answering these 3 questions. What’s unique about Flexible Journal is that it lets you choose the structure of your templates, this lets you create a custom journal that’s unique to you

Five Minute Journal
Flexible Journal makes a great five minute journal. Its custom prompts make it so you can quickly write about your gratitude, mindfulness, and daily chores with ease. Custom questions make it easy to focus on exactly what you want. For example, write about gratitude by just answering a few gratitude prompt questions like ‘What am I grateful for today’ and ‘What am I excited for this week’ or ‘Three good things’. You can easily customize your diary prompt questions to whatever you want. Track your daily progress, and mood quicker than ever

Customizable health log
Easily track and correlate your everyday health data however you want with your own custom health templates. Track symptoms, health, diet, mood. You can create health templates to track your unique needs and symptoms. You can also log your medications and correlations such as correlating diet with symptoms, mood, and more. Instead of using a health diary that is static and only tracks certain health conditions, with this diary, you can track your own health problems exactly as you need. You can also use it to record medical history and data as a lifetime health tracker

Mood Tracker
In addition to being an everyday health tracker, Flexible Journal can also be used to track your emotional and mental health and can even be used as a therapy log. Track your happiness and sadness using the mood field in your prompts. Make templates with questions like ‘How am feeling today’ and follow-up questions like ‘Why am I feeling this way’ to try and find correlations between the two. Add in other factors like diet and sleep to see what might be affecting your mood. Journal your depression and progress with recovery and much more along with your daily doings and habits

Custom Habit Tracker
Track any habit using your own templates. Just make a daily habit template with questions like ‘Did I improve my habit today’ and ‘What could I do better tomorrow’ to both create habits and break bad habits. Make multiple templates for each unique habit you have

Private Diary
Use the app as both a custom diary and a private diary. Flexible Journal stores all your data offline in its own database so all your data is private unless shared. It’s also a journal with lock so you can pin-lock your data if you’re a pro subscriber

Questions Diary
Journal your life by answering questions. Custom questions make it easier to stay focused and write in your journal daily instead of getting distracted

Notes and Tasks
Make To-do tasks and chore templates to make chores and work easier to fill out. Make a custom journal template for your own unique workflow with checkboxes you can check on task completion. Use it to take notes too

Collectibles Database
Log your collectibles. The app also works as a collectibles database to log and record all your personal stuff

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★I like using this to keep track of a health issues.
5 ★It simply has everything I need. I especially love that I can add notes to the past dates from my other diaries.
5 ★One of the best apps I've ever used. Very flexible and intuitive.
3 ★Dark mode needed this app is great i will change my rating to 5 stars. Thank you
5 ★This a very well made app, hardly has any bugs or issues during my experiences. As far as functionality, it's exactly what I wanted in a journal app. Due to its customizability, you can pretty much make this a journal for almost anything. Love using this app as a backup for my timesheet. The only reason I left one star off is due to subscription. App developer got back to me, they added forever option. 5 stars.
5 ★flexible in DB forming, easy to be customised & TRULY FLEXIBLE as the title suggests. Being a Sr Citizen very helpful for me to track & monitor health issues. Excellent App
5 ★This is exactly what I needed! It is super customizable to whatever you need to record. I needed something to track my mood, symptoms, food intake and diary but you can do so much more 😁 make whatever category you want. It's easy peasy.
5 ★I have been using this app for roughly 6+ months and love it. I can create forms to fit my needs for different types of entries I want. Plus, it comes loaded with a bunch of forms, too. There is quite a few different form field types as well; everything from basic text entry to numeric to drop-down lists, and even an auto-fill form field. I recently contacted the developers and suggested adding a skip-logic type form field. They replied quickly and said I should look for it in the next update 😍
4 ★If you want a journal where you can create your own questions / prompts this is the one for you. I'm suprised there arent more like it. Just to be clear, at present, I have not paid for the pro and using the free version. The only two issues I have with it are; 1. Sometimes when trying to rearrange the prompts on a new form / journal template, it wont accept the changes. 2. Inability to resize images added to a form. However for a free product its great! If the bugs were fixed it'd be amazing!
5 ★I really like this app! Most of all: the fact that the devs are open to suggestions and bug fixes. I've asked for a few features that could be useful to improve my (and possibly other's) UI/UX and they've promptly and gracefully added the changes to the new update. I find that invaluable when using an app that someone else developed. Thanks for that! I only use a subset of the features available on the app so I can't give a thorough review of everything available. So far, I've had an excellent experience with the features that I've used. The only issue for me (but I totally understand) is the fact the dark theme is only available on the premium/pro version. I find that invaluable in any app but I understand that they need to make their money from somewhere. I will probably be recommending this app to anyone needing to log any form of data in a structured format. It allows to avoid needless repetition and provides useful UI/UX components to speed up the process.
5 ★This is the app I've spent my entire life searching for! I've owned and downloaded countless journals, planners and trackers, but this is the only thing that helps me organize my scattered mind and life all in one place! I've had it less than a week, but I've already created dozens of personal forms and more entries than ever before in one neat little place. I voiced concerns/suggestions and recieved prompt and professional responses, making me happy to pay the creators for this incredible tool!
3 ★Okay, this app is well designed, great concept, very fair in terms of free content, and the dreaded "subscription model" really is for extras. My main issue with this is the extreme limitations on colour personalization, ie. dark blue or a very patriotic red, white and blue. As a Canadian this really rubs me the wrong way. Could more gender, country, and colour neutral options have been made "free" instead?
