DISC행동유형패턴 검사란??
1928년 미국 콜롬비아 대학의 Marston박사가 고안한 인간의 행동유형패턴을 검사하는 방법으로 사람들은 일상속에서 자연스럽게 행동하는 유형들이 있는데 Marston박사는 그 유형을 Dominance(주도형), Influence(사교형), Steadiness(안정형), Conscientiousness(신중형)의 4가지로 정의하였습니다. DISC는 이 4가지 유형의 머릿글자를 따서 이르는 말입니다.
