2 ★The app frequently has issues. Currently I can't log into it at all. Most of the time I don't receive notifications when I have a new message. Othertimes I get an email, app notification, and text. Cerebral's customer service is unfortunately not very helpful. I've emailed them explaining concerns with the app and what I've already troubleshot but they will replay back in a very general manner, sometimes suggesting I try what I said I did already. I'm considering dropping Cerebral.
1 ★The service thats provided is amazing. The app itself however is atrocious. Constant kickouts and crashes. "Errors" in the system continue to happen making my medication never ship at all or arrive late. Misleading notifications that actually end up causing more anxiety to your patients. I love my Dr/Counselor/Care Team but customer service for these problems is non existent. I've called/emailed with no response. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
4 ★I really am finding this service useful. It's cheaper then seeing my doctor and very convenient. They have always responded quickly to my concerns and issues. I have no complaints about the company and the services. The app has some little things that bug me. For example it says to schedule and appt when one is already scheduled with my care counselor and pops a message up every time I login. Then it only has you do one monthly survey. The topics are anxiety, depression and insomnia.
1 ★Warning! They will charge you the subscription fee whether you receive services or not! I tried to sign up with them, but was put on the wrong plan and was never able to change it. Support told me repeatedly after multiple calls and emails that "a request had been submitted " yet no changes were ever made. No provider or care manager was assigned with no option for me to do it either. After three weeks of this malarkey, I canceled my subscription and was told no refund would be given. Beware!
3 ★I appreciate what this app is trying to do, but there are so many bugs with the app that it makes using it very frustrating. The app will get rid of your biometric preference from time to time as if I was going to remember my password I made months ago. Scheduling will give you no possible appointments for the whole year. Sometimes the app will close down for no reason. I've had many instances where if I go to another app and then back to Cerebral it will ask me to log in.
1 ★Updating months later to add that this service really is awful and just a money grab set to take what they can from venerable people. All the frustration of traditional doctors and therapists but now on your phone! My therapist is great but good luck finding a doctor who sticks around for more than one appointment. They either quit, lose their license, or have no availability for months at a time.
2 ★I really tried to love this membership, but there are several things that are a turn off and why I canceled. You can't cancel the subscription even when they tell you you can. There was no cancel button and I had to email several times vefore I was canceled. They keep trying to charge my card even though my account showed me as deactivated. They've tried 4 times now to charge me! Horrible customer service.
1 ★Couldn't finish registering but still charged. The rep said I could cancel it by logging into my account, which I can't do because I haven't been able to sign up. The rep has been useless and told me the fee was not refundable. They say ID verification is required by the law but other similar apps don't require uploading IDs and selfies/headshots. They took my personal info and money for nothing. Total scam.
1 ★Tried to sign my son up. The app is awful. First thing they ask is your credit card number. Then it asks you about your insurance which are all listed wrong. Then it won't take any insurance I put in by repeatedly giving me an error message. So I move on, answer some questions then it pops up with a list of several states it cannot prescribe in. Too late, mine was on the list. Canceled by talking to real person. Only Got 30%, of my money back. Refused to give it all back. Don't do it!!!
1 ★It sounds great however there is very poor customer/technical support. The reviews about the app are very true, it is just so glitchy, the website works somewhat better. My care counselor cancelled my first appointment 3x and I've still yet to see them (Which is supposedly included in the monthly service plan). I've called support, emailed, provided screenshots, and the responses back are generic like a robot or something no actual assistance. Install and pay at your own risk I guess.
1 ★It literally took me one appointment to see this is not a great way to actually get help. I had requested to be called instead of video called(this was an option) because I really am not ready to deal with people in a face to face manner. "Technical difficulties" issued and I got absolutely nowhere. Being denied preferred form of communication and then told I had to reschedule was pretty deviating for me. It took a lot to reach out.
3 ★Experience has been getting much better. Love the service and the willingness to ensure satisfaction. My only complaints are within the app themselves. I have to be in a phone call with my counselor/prescriber because the in game video chat is inconsistent in its quality and always logs me out without fingerprint enabled anymore. Once these bugs are fixed, I'll rate higher.
