Basis data ini dibuat untuk menjawab persoalan yang yang sering dihadapi dari tahun ke tahun baik oleh Dinas Kepemudaan dan olah raga prov sulbar yang sangat membutuhkan data akurat dalam penyusunan pelaporan, maupun KONi Sulbar yg juga sebagai penyelenggara even olahraga tingkat provinsi, selain itu pemanfaat lainnya adalah KNPI Sulbar sebagai wadah organisasi kepemudaan dalam memberikan pembinaan khususnya yg menggunakan dana APBD.
