2 ★LOL this company is still in business? This isn't the place for a hardware review but I will say this is in my Top 5 for worst home automation products. The app is mediocre. I've lost one of the three devices I bought and I'm just waiting for the others to fail too. Look elsewhere for shade control; outdated product now.

1 ★App seems to be unsupported lately. Articles do not load. Devices will not connect. Devices do connect to SmartThings.

2 ★App is glitchy, poorly laid out and overly complex. There is no support and is not updated.

3 ★It's like the developer gave up on this app. It won't even launch the knowledge articles for support or find the webpage for what the lights indicate and I had to reinstall to connect to my shades after a year of no issues and prompt firmware updates.

1 ★The app has made quite the change since it was first out. But the stability of the app connection to the device has always been finicky since I started with this. Connection to smartthings was the largest attraction to me to have a real smart home effect, but that took 2 years to even be passable in my experience. I don't think I'll give the smartthings connectivity another try. Now, without smartthings, this is left with a good motor and not much more. Sorry to say

1 ★App no longer works. Unable to pair my Axis with the app.

1 ★Like so many others, app no longer connects to devices at all. When it worked, which was only a small fraction of the time, it was still a horrible user experience. Device firmware and customer service are similarly awful.

1 ★The Application is no longer working. I cannot control my Axis at all. I deleted the Application and re installed it. Nothing changed. Please fix! This is causing a lot of issues.

2 ★App no longer connecting to blind controller. Bluetooth connection is not working on any of my Axis Update. App was updated on 3/3 and I still can not control my devices.
