4 ★This app is awesome, its all I wish for. At first I saw the ad to this, I was very tempted cause it was an Werewolf stories. Once I realized in my mind it probably has payment on some stories ep's instead of letting me have a first free whole book free no pay thing, finally drawn me into the back and better I gotta say it was amazing I wanted to keep going but I didn't have money to buy it. I tried change my pfp, once I saved it. It didn't show on my home page. I try 3 didn't times, didn't show
4 ★I love audiobooks and this is a fun way to entertain myself while still having to be focused on something else. The only soso thing I would say is the waiting time for a free episode and some voices are not my favorite, but you can find the voices that are to your taste and there are many ways to get bonus points, so the issue is not that big.
2 ★Very limited options. A large amount are digital voices and not voice actors. Some have really strong accents. The digital voices are hard to follow as they seem to skip pauses and other verbal cues of punctuation. The few voice actors I would not categorize as professional nor did I find any well known books. They seem to be more romance novels then anything. Also seem to be mostly indie books (which I like). All the above is contrary to the about section in the play store.
5 ★I've never thought about audible books, but I really like being able to sit back close my eyes and Invision it. Great app. But in my opinion the narrating and narrator could be a little better. But other than that awesome.
4 ★Its really immersive , and the stories are rather intriguing (so far at least) . My only issues are that the seamount of swearing is getting slightly annoying now, and also I found the layout of the app a bit hard to follow at first . With one of the stories, i dislike how she may possibly fall in love with someone who drove her to slitting her wrists
1 ★Downloaded just to leave this review. Before I had a chance to skip the add on youtube its mentioned, suicide, abuse, anorexia triggers (severely), sexual assault, and that's alot for just a short add and it's so messed up. Also annoyed the visuals for the advert were stolen from an indie horror movie I love which I'm sure is a huge copyright issue. Dont trust, has some really badly put together stories that romantasize abuse and mental illness, and odds are they dont own any of them
3 ★It's a great app I love it except for the fact that if a book already has so many chapters it only lets you listen to the first four and then you have to use coins to unlock it or you can just set up the auto unlocked and it will unlock it without you clicking unlock but it's so hard to figure out how to get coins
4 ★So far my experience has been good, some of the voices seem sort of robotic. Tends to ruin the flow. Some of the wording also seems choppy. $5.99 is around the price of most of my hard copy books and you get 600 coins for $5.99. Each chapter so far seems to cost 20 coins, so for $5.99 you can listen to 30 chapter plus the free chapters. The one book I am listening to gave me 6 free chapters, so for $5.99 I get 36 chapters. My current paperback that cost $7.99 has 16 chapters. So pricing is good.
5 ★I have never really liked audiobooks as a personal preference, but with WeHear, I have binged more books than I thought I would and have even returned to some books to relisted to. This is a great app, and the cost is not too overwhelming either.
3 ★I liked the book that was on the add and started reading it I did really like the book but to be honest I wish it was a little more family friendly and that all the book weren't romance books. I do like how it's easy to get coins it makes it easyer to enjoy the app.
4 ★Good! Really good! It's just the fact that you have to get those 'crystals'(?) But ofcourse, somehow they have to make there money, i accept that offer ^^ Some voicers are not really doing a good job, but it's okay.^^
4 ★I like this app. Of the 3 stories I have listened to so far. The narrator in most of them have done a wonderful job. I had a hard time listening to one of them. The narrator and the author in two of them have done a wonderful job. The 3rd one was hard to listen to at times because the narrator was saying rouge instead of rogue. Unsure if it was due to the author or not. I did like in some stories where there was 2 narrators, male and female.
