You posted *terms and conditions applied, but didn't provide the details on your app. Everytime i want use the code, it prompted *the code cannot be applied*. Then i need to webpage to check the terms and conditions. Can your app be more user friendly. This is so frustrating!

1 ★Very bad experience. Slow to solve the problem. And lost the packaged I ordered. Yes, someone might steal the package but it's their responsibility to deliber it safely to the obe who order it. Thieves could be avoided if they inform in advance that a product is coming so the one who order will wait for that package to come on that certain time.

2 ★So okay, new & updated Althea App. They made their App moooore confusing. So hard to search for a specific brand. And oh my gosh, they have increased the prices way too high almost all of their items! This was my go-to-shop before, but now, hmm thinking of switching to other budget-friendly yet authentic! Stylekorean maybe.

2 ★I used to love this app especially because the reviews were always very helpful whenever I was looking at products but now I can't seem to see any of the reviews for some reason and I can't search for anything either. I also had to create a new account to be able to get in because I couldn't retrieve my old account.

4 ★I genuinely enjoy using the app, my only problem is that I have difficulty in my MOD when I use a credit card. It always reloads and place me back to square one, which I found irritating. But that's it, love the app

The app always crash when I tried to open it and I try to uninstall and installed it again but it was the same thing from the beginning it always crash I was saving my products there so that I could by it by the end of the month that I'm planning to but it was delaying me to do it because of the crashing of the app. Please I hope you could do something about it

1 ★In the last 5 mins the app has crashed at least 6 times from me whether its to open a section (eg: cleansing) or to view a product. I preferred your old interface. It was much more user friendly and ran much smoother then. At this rate Hermo gives me less headache.

1 ★just updated my app and i can no longer log back in. try to sign in using my Facebook but still it says i have an incorrect email or password. tried forget password and all king of stuff to log back in but to no avail i cant. i have purchased alot of products from althea so i alwas save them to my wish list for convince so i have to recover my account

3 ★recently reinstalled the althea app, I'm unable to login with the email address that I previously use for my orders, the new interface is simple and clean, though I can seem to search anything on the search bar, I would really appreciate if you can put back the alphabet order brand category. it will help online shoppers to browse more easily when they can see the list of brand. I hope my feedback can help you improve the app more. :) more powers to your developer and keep up the good work :)
