3 ★This is a good app. It does everything I need it to. However, today I opened it at 4:30pm and it is now 6:15pm and it has been saying "exporting tip data to your cloud backup" since I opened it. I'm currently at work and cannot use it, but I'm afraid if I uninstall and reinstall I will have lost all my previous data. It has done this backup before, but it has never taken longer than 3 minutes.
1 ★Was a reliable app for 3 years. Now I cannot even get on it to record my tips. Always updating... Very embarrassing because I turned so many fellow employees onto it and now they are coming to me for answers. I'm sick of defending this app. Obviously Noone associated with the app cares because their ratings have plummeted over the last 6 months. Very poor quality.
1 ★Edit: months later, I was able to use this again... but now it has the same issues of not opening! C'mon! This was an awesome app! However, it is broken now, and does not get past the opening screen. Has been broken for over a week, I would suggest downloading a similar app somewhere else. Oh well.
2 ★It's great when it works, but it only works three days out of the week because of the long back up time. Also, for whatever reason the android version doesn't give you what you made hourly for a given shift like the iPhone version does. I havent been able to use this app for 2 weeks because everytime I try to open it it's "backing up to the cloud"
1 ★This app is great as far as tracking tips and comparing earnings to last years, but I can rarely use it because it is always "backing up to the cloud". It's extremely frustrating and I am currently looking for a new tip tracking app. It needs serious work regarding the "cloud" issue!!!
1 ★This app is frustrating. It worked fine for a long time and now everytime I try to open it it is exporting my data. It has been sitting on the screen telling me to please wait for over an hour and has drained my battery. I would love to use a different app but since I can't access my own information that's going to be hard to transfer everything over. Especially since this so-called Cloud doesn't seem to exist. Would not recommend.
2 ★i used to love this app untill its been in an endless sync and i cant access any of my info already in the app. 3 days now this has been happening and 3 shifts i have not been able to enter my new tips information. sent an email and got a generic and probably auto-generated response. so i have an "open ticket" to resolve the issue but have not actually been contacted by anyone with anything promising about getting this issue fixed. i wish i hadnt depended on the app and kept this info myself.
1 ★So far I can't get past the registration. My first attempt to register had a boz pop up that said "a server error occurred, please try again momentarily." I got an activation e-mail but it just has a bunch of warnings like "already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections in /home/" I don't want to give this ANY stars. :(
3 ★I like being able to store my info and how simplistic it is. However, about once a month when I open the app it gets stuck on the backing up data wheel for 3-4 days. It is not my phone because none of my othe apps act up like that and it stays stuck even after restarting my phone. Just super annoying.
1 ★I have used and loved this app for 2 years, but for the past week it has said "please wait-your data is being backed up. It won't let me get to the next screen to enter my tips. I have sent them 4 emails to try to resolve this problem, but have yet to receive a reply. The app is great, but their customer service sucks.
1 ★Looked amazing. Downloaded, registered, received confirmation email, clicked the link and it said successfully activated just sign in with username and pw. I attempt to log in and it says username isnt being used. So I redid the registration process, got another activation email sent - Completed that and still getting the same response. USERNAME NOT IN USE PLEASE REG.
