KASPER - Kolektivna aplikacija za selekciju, prikupljanje i recikliranje otpada, je aplikacija čiji je nosilac “Čistoća” d.o.o. Podgorica i “Deponija” d.o.o. Podgorica."KASPER" aplikacija omogućava korisnicima da na lak i jednostavan način prijave otpad na teritoriji Podgorice ili da se informišu o reciklažnim dvorištima i lokacijama podzemnih i nadzemnih kontejnera.
Aplikacija nudi mogućnost kreiranja naloga građanima i kompanijama, pri čemu je za prijavu potrebna verifikovana e-mail adresa i lozinka. Građanin može da prijavi lokaciju u gradu na kojoj nije otklonjen otpad kao i da pregleda aktuelne prijave otpada od strane drugih korisnika i prati njihov status. Kompanija prijavljuje otpad koji je prikupila i selektovala tako što unosi podatke o vrsti i količini otpada.
Aplikacija je besplatna, radi na svim mobilnim telefonima sa Android operativnim sistemom, bez obzira na veličinu ekrana, a jedino što je potrebno je pristup internetu.
