1 ★Please, please, PLEASE change your way of logging in! I tried logging in many times but that "temporary email address and password has been sent" does not become true as I have never gotten one. It feels as if the app is inaccessible. Please change the way of logging in. Thankyou.
1 ★This is the worst voting app ever created. Please don't even waste your time in downloading it unless you want an app that tests your patience. It lags all the time, it doesn't load the main page you have to keep refreshing it. And the video voting doesn't count the votes you can watch ads 10 times but only get 1-2 ads. I've never seen a voting app that's so stingy with their rewards (stars). They are unfair and cheats they favour artists according to their company. PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!
1 ★I am tired of this app, and what I'm about to say is not what I would normally say nor would I ever give a review, this is the WORST app i have ever used, so many issues with this app, keeps crashing, so many glitches and such a complicated app when you start using it and a waste of time, the only reason I'm using it is to vote for the artist I love and support the most, I really hope you try to listen to our problems and improve things.

1 ★When other apps give you Ads in between contents, this App thinks different. It will give you content, in between Ads (if you're lucky). I really appreciate their way of thinking. When successful people said "Think different, Be unique", this app developers took it personally. If one of the app user get away without touching any of the Ads within 2 mins of opening app, I'm filing a petition to select that person into Avengers team. BTW, do U need special skills to develop this kind of worst app?

If my kpop idol group wasn't nominated!!! I wouldn't really use it!!!I don't know what to do in this app really?!! and I don't know also if my vote are counting because it's so 100% laggy!!!! 1 ★Absolutely laggy. Downloaded so I can vote for TFMA but it's so frustrating to use. The app doesn't even open properly sometimes. I hope the developers take another look at the app and fix it. There's way too many ads on the articles, as well. If you're using this to vote for TFMA, have a lot of patience.
2 ★It's actually a very good app but the thing is .. it is taking soo much time to load like an website .. please please remove it and make it like an normal app .. so that right after we click on something it doesn't take much time .. it's too hard to vote ... As we all know everyone is busy with their lives and works and everything.. we take sometime to vote our beloved artist but as it is taking time to load we are out of patience and we keep a certain time to spend on voting it's getting over

1 ★Please bring back the old update of time event. The new update of time event is a hassle and inconvenient. Watching ads just to get additonal stars and gpoints for time event is not satisfying. The old update is better. Bring back the old time event system please. The new one is not good. It is time consuming and annoying. PLEASE FIX THIS! retain the 40 ads per day each 10 minutes but change the time event to the old one because watching ads with additional pop ups for time event is ANNOYING!
1 ★The app became annoying after they added more ads and pop-ups. Half the time you can't watch ads and had to refresh multiple times. It was an okay app before. Now it's trash. During the past year, the app has been showing immense biasness towards 1 idol. Favoring their fans, deleting accounts of fans from other fandoms, giving only 1 idol photos as fanbership "perk" and transferring votes to their favored idol. 🙄
1 ★The APP and Customer Support are both a nightmare!!!! App constantly glitches and customer support doesn't respond. Tried to vote for a group and the app glitched and my stars went to the wrong group - opened a ticket to move the stars to the right group but no response. So disappointed in this app. Also voting is FOREVER!!!!! Just feels like a money grab. Why vote for TWENTY FOUR WEEKS. Literally 6 months - it's TERRIBLE.
