3 ★it was fine just a day ago but when i started to vote right now, it says i don't have enough hearts even though i had 500+ hearts, but i was able to find a loop hole and managed to vote by individually doing it by voting by 100 but then suddenly when i tried to vote again i lost abt 200 of my hearts and i can't get it back. pls fix this.
1 ★The company need to fix this problem asap! You make this app as an award voting app and put all of the kpop stars here as candidates don't yall prepare for something big coming! Friendlist won't opened! The app keep crashing!! Ads won't load!! Its been only what? Not even a week but your app alrdy trashing like this. FIX THIS ASAP!!! Worst voting moments ever
1 ★Please fix it ASAP! The app always says that I already reached the maximum ads per hour even though I haven't played any. Also the heart box goes the same, the bummer always appear even though I haven't had any of the heart box. I hope you could fix it soon.
1 ★It was good until the award took place. They limited everything your hearts and friends. They want you too earn hearts by watching ads but Ads doesn't even work and they are not doing anything about it but too blame Oh there's too many users on. This is too frustrating.

4 ★I really love the app because I can vote for my favorite idols and at the same time, I can chat with my fellow fans. Hence, one thing that I don't like is that sometimes I cannot complete 10ads w/in 1hr because of unavailability of ads.
1 ★I can't access my friends at any time during the day. I can't view ads to gain hearts even though the last ads I watched was 10-12 hours ago. Towards the end of the voting day, the app is inaccessible!

4 ★I really enjoyed collecting hearts and voting for my idol, but it needs to fix something on this app because I can't open ads most of the times saying ads are unavailable temporarily, you need to fix this immediately.
