3. Requesting a Service to MR or Resort ops – Using the app, you can enjoy the convenience of requesting certain services at the resort. You can also get in touch with the Member Relationship team by calling them via the app itself.
4. To start with, one simply has to download and install the Club Mahindra app in their
Smartphone from their Play Store Account and log in with their email id. It is that simple to get started. The app is absolutely free to download.
5.The app facilitates easy navigation so planning a holiday is simple and quick. First, choose the dates of your holiday from the in-app calendar and mark your dates.
6. Next, scroll through your preferred destination and choose from the multitude of Club Mahindra resorts to book your stay for the duration. The app will also notify you about the various exciting deals and offers that the various resorts have from time to time so that you may get the best value for your money.

1 ★Review for kandaghat club mahindra resort. I requested at front desk to activate a tv channel worth rs 3 only but they straight way refused and said thats not club mahindra policy and we show channels as per our choices not as per customer choice. I paid lakhs of rs to be member of club mahindra also paying almost 20 k maintainence fee every year. And they cant bear rs 3 for members. First i have to face room space issue now this channel issue. First improve your service then ask people to join.
2 ★ASF charges are exorbitant and always charges extra amount as past dues . no explanation on past dues . discount pattern shown is completely useless as it is just a sales gimmick to get money from members. I don't recommend hence forth to anyone as since past experiences for the customer support is useless
5 ★A convenient app for making reservations if you're booking well in time and managing your bookings. I was facing problems while booking a few nights for my stay. However, the team (Mr. Prabhakar) helped me out by confirming my stay.
5 ★Club Mahindra experience is undoubtedly the best, they strive in every way to give you a very comfortable and memorable experience! Assonora visit was simply marvelous..... Beautiful property amidst two mountains, one on the east and the other on the west. Best and most exciting are the pools (all five of them, including a big lazy river pool), lot of activities throughout the day, sports, Disco - Theque, E-cycle ride, nearby areas treks and what not! It was the best holidaying experience!

1 ★Not user friendly App show room available But after booking, it shows waiting, then time wastage. All helpline and resort no non responsive. A lot of pain......
1 ★We should really learn how to harass someone from Club Mahindra. Starts with availability of booking, arm twisting while upgrading your membership and recently blocking of account even after submitting KYC documents a zillion times. Customer care give hollow promises to resolve issues. Please don't fall for promotions and freebies of new membership. Update No resolution even after involvement of senior manager of member relations Mr. Prabhakar. I'm approaching Consumer court to make CM pay.
1 ★Was trying to change the Co-applicant details since One Week , App shows an OTP Page ,but never releases the OTP and Could not change the Co-applicant name , App is not user friendly and since today the App is not Opening ..Please help me out urgently..
1 ★It is the worst app till I have used. Everytime after closing the app I have to uninstall it and then again install it from play store. Wastage of lot of time. They r not true on their words. Membership ke time kehte kuch ha, baad me le lo to apni marzi chalate ha.
1 ★In 5 years I could only avail holiday 2 times. After paying so much room is never available.. they have way more people than resorts.. if you can plan your holiday about 3-6 months advance may be you can get lucky.. very bad Coustomer support as well
2 ★Resorts are good but the membership plan is bad. Hefty membership plans with lacs of Rupees invested and only 7 nights stay and food is also charged. Mahindra has built 60 resorts on the membership plans charged to customers and no windup plan. I cannot sell this membership. no refund or returns.
2 ★even in the time of pandemic . Club Mahindra ensure that they chase the customers to death by calling two or 3 times a day for payment. very bad customer service.
