1 ★Can't buy a ticket

1 ★Drivers are racist as sh** against muslims, black and brown people. Buses never show up on time like EVER. Sometimes the drivers see you and just pass by like nothing you dont exist and their app charged me twice for buying 10 tickets just recently.. Just pure BS.. Wouldnt recommend this service to anyone their prices too high and their service is sh**. Fu** YRT.

2 ★App worked great in the beginning but now it takes way too long to loadanything since the last update! I've tried uninstalling it and re-staryingthe app numerous times. Please fix!

5 ★Works great for buying single tickets or monthly passes, unfortunately no NFC support yet so can't just tap to get on like with presto cards. Where it beats Presto is in being able to purchase your ticket or pass through the app instantly for use. Presto has delay of up to 24 hour before your monthly pass or credit shows on your card.

2 ★Took me a few try to enter my card number on the correct line (the big solid line is for entering the card's nick name!). Tried multiple times to purchase two tickets but it took forever to process and at the end I thought I didn't buy anything (got an error pop up message each time). My wifi connection was good so they couldn't blame this failure on wifi strength. Later on, I received emails telling me that I had successfully bought a number of tickets! I only wanted to buy two but I ended up buying multiples. I have two unused tickets taken away when I inadvertently deleted my Bytemark account -- I didn't remember it's the developer of this YRT app.

2 ★(1) It is silly to keep sending me back to Google Play get the YRT/VIVA app when I already have that app running on my smartphone. (2) Please add capacity to reload PRESTO Cards.
