Description
Consigna es el servicio de intercambio de ficheros de gran tamaño de la Junta de Andalucía, ideado para facilitar el intercambio de información entre sus usuarios.Los ficheros subidos a Consigna están disponibles durante un cierto período de tiempo con algunas restricciones de acceso, entre las que se encuentran la caducidad y el uso de contraseñas.
El servicio Consigna le permite subir ficheros de cualquier tamaño (dentro de los límites fijados para el servicio), y compartirlos con otras personas mediante una simple URL. Es un servicio ideal para el envío de información de gran tamaño por correo electrónico, ya que únicamente es necesario enviar dicha URL a sus contactos, sin necesidad de enviar los ficheros completos adjuntos en el mensaje de correo.
Consigna no es un servicio de almacenamiento indefinido y sincronización de ficheros en la nube. Los ficheros subidos a Consigna tienen siempre una caducidad, que puede ser seleccionada por el usuario cuando este realiza la subida. Una vez alcanzada dicha fecha de caducidad, el fichero es eliminado del almacenamiento de Consigna, y no puede ser recuperado de ninguna forma, quedando los enlaces al mismo totalmente inutilizados.
Para la utilización del cliente móvil de Consigna necesita de un usuario y contraseña del Correo Corporativo de la Junta de Andalucía.
