「青年氣候聯盟」始於2012年，由綠色力量主辦，利希慎基金為策略伙伴，為「聯合國環境規劃署」其下活動，是全港首個學界氣候網絡，結合各地年青人，從個人實踐、以致動員學校及社區成員加入低碳生活，共同對抗氣候變化。

The creative concept of “Low Carbon Emission” app stems from the Climate Youth Ambassadors of SKH Bishop Baker Secondary School, which had an outstanding performance in the Climate Youth Network.
The Climate Youth Network is organised by Green Power, and was established in 2012, with Lee Hysan Foundation as its strategic partner and sponsor. It runs under “The United Nations Environment Programme” (UNEP) and is Hong Kong’s first school climate network which aims to harness young people's power to combat climate change – from individual practices, to mobilising school and community members to building low carbon lifestyles.
