每個家長及學生使用其個人登入賬戶（登入賬戶及密碼由校方提供，家長及學生稍後可自行更改密碼），已方便使用程式。
2.簽發通告/回條
校方可於程式內發出通告／回條，家長登入後可直接於程式中籤售通告／回條，並即時傳送到學校的後台管理系統。
3.最新消息
校方可隨時更新及發布最新消息，例如因天氣停課、校外比賽結果、家教會通訊等。
4.學生資料
程式可輸入學生在校內的成績／表現，讓家長更了解子女在校情況。
5.即時通訊
校方更新通告／回條或最新消息，系統會自動即時發出手機通知予家長及學生，即使用家不是使用手機程式中，亦會收到通知，以防萬一。
6.課堂時間表
家長及學生可在程式中查閱課堂時間表及上課地點。
7.功課資料
家長及學生可在程式中查閱每堂的功課，系統亦會自動發出手機通知予家長及學生。
