5 ★Honestly, this app is a game changer, the main reason I didn't get the doctor's appointments I needed in the past was because my mental issues make it nearly impossible to make phone calls, I was able to handle everything right in the app, even rescheduling the appointment when my stomach started acting up and I didn't think I was going to make it in. I'm finally going to get so many things taken care of that I've been ignoring.
3 ★It's great to have the convenience of booking online. The issues I've had have been inaccurate insurance determination (Zoc Doc says a provider is In Network, but they are actually out of network. I've also experienced providers that cancel appointments even after confirming initially, but that's more the provider's fault.
2 ★this app would be extremely convenient if it allowed me to book an appointment. ive attempted setting an appointment with several doctors, setting different dates and times and the app isnt letting me book an appointment. i would call to set an appointment myself if the app wont set it, but none of the doctor's office numbers are provided. that would be helpful in case there was a bug in the app like this, or whatever issue is going on
1 ★The app use to be good, but lately I haven't been able to search for the type of doctor in looking for. It seems to always add in pcp doctors when I'm searching for an obgyn physician. Then it just looks the same 8 doctors over and over again. Also on the main screen there should be an option to just search the doctor by name instead of picking a specialty right off bat. It should give the option to choose how you want to search for doctors.
1 ★Totally out of date insurance database, appointments seldom go through any more, a real shame. This app used to be excellent and really helpful, now it's a total waste of time and effort to attempt to search for in plan providers and the providers that are booked through here aren't only out of pocket despite being listed as in network, but the offices aren't even getting the appointment request from Zocdoc. Fix this or you will only have yourself to blame when your user base drops out entirely
5 ★This app has made it really easy for me to find the right doctor, dentist, optometrist, etc..feedback:add more filters. I would like to search for a psychologist and filter based on title. For example, search for behavioral therapy and only show psychologists. Filtering by "doctors available today" is not working properly as it continues to show doctors with no availability.
5 ★Easy to use. Just wish for an "appt made" way to remember date & time appt was made for us newbies. Need to remember which doctor, too. I think I remember, just wish there was a recall button. Otherwise so cool to use according to doctor-type needed & insurance accepted. Distance is also relevant. Thank you, Developers, for putting all in one location!
5 ★I have a lot of medical problems, and it seems like they just keep piling up. Recently, I decided to tackle the issues & used ZocDoc. I created an account, added my insurance, and searched for my exact issues. ZocDoc had the physicians' location(s), rating, specialty, and "in/out of network" labeling. I saw a Neurologist recently and got lots of things done so quickly. The appointment went well, so I decided to schedule another. I have a meeting with a psychotherapist coming up. I overshared; mb
4 ★Great app for booking medical appointments. Game changer. The only thing is wish they are more friendly towards password manger programs and not default to SMS OTP for authentication.
5 ★Oh this was a godsend!!! I aligned all my needed appointments in one place, found doctors, uploaded needed Insurance information, and secured an appointment!!!! This was easy and they reminded me of other needed appointments. Thank you ZocDoc
2 ★Seems like a great concept and I was super excited for it, but they only have 2 doctors listed in my ENTIRE STATE! Heh. I guess disrupting medical appointments is hard.* Zocdoc looks better in certain states, but even in the best areas, only a minority of providers are listed, with less populous areas ignored. *(The constantly increasing corporate ownership of once independent clinics probably doesn't help.)
4 ★Allowed me to find great doctors in the area. No issues with my first impressions visiting and engaging with the doctors and their staffs. The only hiccup is when the app asks you to fill out documents for the doctors. I've had an instance where it wouldn't register my credentials, and I had to fill out the same set of forms 3 times.
