1 ★Poorly designed slow application. It hangs a lot and you can't place order. Receipts don't show up. How come a big company like this with poor application. Nobody even reply to the comments.

3 ★Easy to use but could not find my favorite karak tea brand which I usually buy from the Barsha branch. And neither the fresh Lady Finger fish which they also have in the store. So now I have to get dressed and go to the store to get them.

1 ★Very poor app. Impossible to place online order for the 3rd day in a row as all possible delivery options that are shown as available give message that the are expired when click continue. Website does the same thing btw
