How to install Useless APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★I can't turn the app on and one thing about it when you install this go to your home page or where ever this app is and it says nut whatever but I like this useless app I rate it 1 cause it's nothing so I rate nothing (ok maybe I rated 1)

5 ★This is very interesting 😂 For those of you who don't understand, this app does NOTHING. Nothing at all. Not even turn on. So stop rating this app bad because it's supposed to not be able to turn on. It's useless and does nothing. ☺
