Бирария Jägerhof отваря врати на 25 май 2013 г. Първата баварска бирария в Пловдив веднага се превръща в любимо място на всички любители на бирата и вкусната храна. В Jägerhof сме се погрижили от всеки ъгъл да усещате духа на Бавария – такава, каквато я усетихме ние при многобройните си посещения.Ще ви сервираме няколко вида жива бира, произведена на място в бирарията. Работим с едни от най-добрите пивоварни системи- Caspary, а бирата приготвяме по изпитани рецепти на баварски майстор-пивовар. Бирата в Jägerhof се произвежда съгласно Райнхайтсгебот – Закон за чистотата на бирата от 1516, регламентиращ производството и търговията с бира в Бавария. Съгласно този закон, за производството на бира могат да се използват само вода, малц, хмел и мая. Целогодишно в Jägerhof варим два основни вида: Jägerhof Hell (светло) и Jägerhof Weiss (бяла, пшенична), а в зависимост от сезона предлагаме и трети вид. В менюто сме подбрали както традиционни български, така и типични баварски салати, ястия и десерти, а ценителите и колекционерите могат да закупят различни рекламни материали.

Herzlich Willkommen im Jägerhof – in der ersten bayerischen Gasthausbrauerei in Plovdiv!
Wir werden Ihnen einige naturbelassene Biere anbieten, die vor Ort in der Hausbrauerei gebraut werden. Wir arbeiten mit einem der besten Brausysteme. Das Bier im Jägerhof wird gemäss das Reinheitsgebothes hergestellt – das Gesetz zur die Reinheit des Bieres seit 1516, das die Bierherstellung im Bayern regelt. Nach diesem Gesetz dürfen nur Wasser, Malz, Hopfen und Hefe für das Bierbrauen verwendet warden.
Das ganze Jahr über brauen wir zwei Hauptbiersorten im Jägerhof: Jägerhof Hell (helles Bier) und Jägerhof Weiss (Weizenbier), und nach Saison bieten wir auch eine dritte Biersorte an – Oktoberfest Bier, Kupfer Bier, Dunkles Weissbier…
