1 ★Taxi Price Compare is a SCAM. Please think very carefully before using this company. I booked and paid for a taxi, then received confirmation that arrival time was 2 hours after requested. I called immediately but was told no changes could be made, and they advised me to cancel and get full refund. Now they say because cancellation was on same day, I'm not entitled to refund. This was deliberately misleading. Given there was no inconvenience or loss of earnings incurred for this booking it is also deliberate exploitation. Their customer service is deliberately hard to access, and having researched, this is a common theme. Be careful!
1 ★DANGER SCAM HIGHLY RISK DONT USE THIS SCAM If any taxi needed contact taxi company to book with them that is safe your journey. ex when you book via this broker highly charge from you, when you receive booking confirmation check it who taxi providing and call them straightaway and ask price for same journey you can see deference. service providing company not charge high ,EX fair is £25 via taxicord, book thru taxi company less then £15, USE GENUINE TAXI COMPANY NOT A BROKER PROTECT YOUR JOURNEY

1 ★App booked taxi for the wrong time, needs to adjust for time zones, then having picked the cheapest offer, the driver emailed (while in the air) to say he'd only do the ride for a higher rate. Do not waste your time
1 ★15 mins and still trying to enter journey details. This app is so clunky and as it uses web ratherrrr tthan native GUI controls acccessibility is compromised which doesn't help as I use the TalkBack screen reader. Somehow even as an experienced Android user I managed to end up with a booking for 28 passengers 3 years into the future. Save your sanity and stick to directory enquiries and the phone. Uninstalled.
1 ★I booked a taxi from this site booked and paid in advance it was very important in the morning I waited 30 mins in the rain then had to call a different cab company I was late for a court app and narrowly avoid ed being arrested! !! I later found out that the y had cancelled my booking in the middle of the night when I was asleep due to not having a car available or something I don't think that I would trust them again
