«НомеРА» — это сеть участников дорожного движения, позволяющая контролировать ситуацию на дорогах, предупреждать других участников о дорожных условиях, а также общаться с пользователями в режиме реального времени.Идентификатором в «Номерах» служит не имя человека, а номер автомобиля или мотоцикла.
Представьте себе, что Вы, передвигаясь на своем автомобиле или мотоцикле, можете отправить сообщение владельцу любого транспортного средства, лишь указав его номер!
Помимо возможности отправлять сообщения или картинки на автомобильные и мото-номера, приложение позволяет:
